IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL A PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED RESERVATION AND RECEIVE A REFUND?

We know that unforeseen circumstances may arise and cancellations may be necessary. We are happy to accommodate any cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time. We will provide a full 100% refund with no additional administration fees. Please contact our dedicated team to make any necessary cancellations.
